A prototype manufacturing outlet completed in 1988, this distinctive complex meets contemporary retailing needs while respecting the historic fabric of the small coastal community. When viewed from I-95, these steel-framed buildings appear to be New England barns, but once in the parking lot, customers see merchandize on display through glass curtain walls.
