Eastman Hill Stock Farm

Retained by the Land Stewardship Division of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Ann Beha Architects completed a protection plan for three 19th century farmsteads comprising this 200-acre, turn-of-the-20th century gentleman’s farm.  Research and documentation of its natural, pre-historic and historic resources helped frame recommendations for protective easements that have ensured protection of its historic character when it was returned to private ownership.  ABA and their team of specialists prepared a National Register nomination for the site, a maintenance manual and implemented the most critical repair tasks.
